He was showing her what a gentleman he was by buying her a meal and booze. I mean when was the last time a hooker got treated to a meal at Olive Garden? They can only dream of eating at such a fine establishment but Studly Rusty was generous enough to let her have the unlimited soup and salad. No breadsticks though. He does need to kiss her later.

He might not have, and not only because he is homeless. This appears to have not been sent out via mail, but only to registered parties to filing system. I'm not sure if he registered on it or not.

He should still get the notice about the rescheduled hearing. If I understand this correctly he didn't request the hearing and therefore he should be one of the parties served by snail mail if he isn't registered for electronic service.

I would honestly be amazed if he doesn't show up the courthouse, it's smack dab in the middle of Vegas, on The Strip for fucks sake. If he doesn't show up it could be used against him to be deemed a vexatious litigant.
