This is sort of surprising given Biden's reservations. It sounds like the funding is going through the Department of Defense.

Good. This is probably one of the only spending decisions from the Biden administration that I agree with. Build Back Better was estimated at $2.2 trillion dollars for comparison, and most of the bill went towards BS green energy that has failed time and time again to make back investments. The Inflation Reduction Act, also from the Biden administration, gave $80 billion dollars towards strengthening the IRS (in addition to $783 billion towards “climate change”). The domestic spending is a far greater problem than giving Ukraine a few billion (in arms) to weaken Russia. Most of the inflation we are getting is due to out of control domestic spending, and Ukraine is a drop in the bucket by comparison.

According to the information at the end, it is the work of some organization/person called "Bardo" and is not directly affiliated with any campaign. So it's an actual ad that is also a fan creation.

Your arguments for "Russia bad" are not really convincing. Especially when The U.S encouraged and armed a radical LITERAL nazi sect in the krain to coup the government. A sect that regularly fired artillery on the Russian aligned parts of the country killing civilians for years after the coup until Russia invaded. Maybe Russia would be the big bad invaders if that little inconvenient fact didn't exist. but frankly at BEST your argument makes both sides full of shit. (I dont buy that we didn't push Russia into this)

I know he got a lot of trash cans for this but we got a bunch of troops and people over there doing shady shit for oil that is not widely published to the American public. If im not mistaken they directly ignored trumps order to pull out as well.
