I think demand is going to be insane, its a good looking limited edition console. PS fans will eat it up, theres already a lot of talk on reddit and twitter about people not getting one.
Personally because of how easy it is to pop the PS5 panels off, I see it as a bit of a waste of $ when you can color match with paint and buy the sticker like I said before.

Those PS fans look ever dwindling in number. This Concord Tax will be a massive thorn on PS5Pro 's and PS6 's side. It will hurt the PS5Pro 's sales and that will pass the buck on the PS6 's price. And that is without taking into account the other expensive woke games that will fail. Fairgames is up next and people actively find it obnoxious as opposed to just bland and boring like Concord. They are fucked.

Just a prediction. The paywalled PS5 upgrade aside, they could easily roll out a patch to the PS4 port. I don't know how patches work on Steam. PS4 ones are mandatory if you're connected to the internet.
They've re-recorded tonnes of dialogue for the remaster (why?) + PC port, so it's safe to assume the worst.

I think they've gotten too used to Fink and Co having their backs with ESG/DEI cheques.
The problem with relying on those is that shit like DEI cheques is likely the first thing to get cut if the economy turns, which considering we're in a recession in all but name, seems like it'll be inevitable. If and when it happens - I've said it before, they can't bail out everyone forever - it's likely going to be a bloodbath when it clicks that they've chased away their core consumer base in exchange for short terms pay, especially seeing how this mythical Modern Audience they love to pander to never fucking manifests...
