2023 Israel-Palestine Armed Conflict

Israel just bombed Hezbollah HQ. Nasrallah may be dead.

Thoughts and prayers that they succeeded!

It would certainly cap off what has been an unbelievable few weeks and months in terms of terror organization cancellation. Even if not... Another big blow non the less.

They used a bunker buster and certainly seem to have hit something under the ground.. If the intact looking building sitting in a huge hole is any indication:

Also.. The UN is "ALARMED" by this turn of events... 🙄

I have to agree with a comment i saw on the news story:

"The fact that they are greatly alarmed by an attack on a terrorist group tells us pretty much everything we need to know about the UN. What a joke."

You gotta admire the precision. Israel aimed at the entire neighborhood and hit it. Precisely.
Urban warfare makes use of high precision weapons to do what low precision weapons do slightly less well and with more collateral damage, you kind of have to turn it into a hellscape to break the spirits and bodies of the opposing force and also to collapse their tunnels and improvised bunkers and sniper nests.

There is a high chance that Nasrallah and other senior officials were at the headquarters - the reason is that they analyzed Netanyahu's speech at the UN
Who’d have ever guessed that the head honchos would gather at HQ?!

If this is true, perhaps Nasrallah REALLY didn’t want to even try dealing with the fallout and would rather fucking die. Either way, I hope he got his wish.

Nasrallah is probably gone, can't be certain though

In the upper Galilee we're being told to stay in shelters until further notice

I've just got back from the gym so I just wanna have a drink lol
Stay safe. Have a good drink. Hopefully you can toast the demise of Nasrallah for certain soon,

Israeli Army Radio, quoting a military source: The bombing killed everyone present at Hezbollah headquarters
Iranian Embassy in Lebanon: Dahieh Attack is a Dangerous Escalation that Will Change the Rules of the Game
Ohh shiiiiittt

Hezzbollah has been on a continual losing streak for the past month.

I guess the IDF/Mossad going 110% gloves off wasn't something they or the IRGC planned for

Fucking lol

Well, I was hoping that the Lebanon military campaign would cause Kamala electoral campaign to flail and get torn apart by the Leftist activists, but at this rate, the whole thing might actually be wrapped up before the election. Despite the calls for reservists, the ground invasion of southern Lebanon might not even happen if Hezbollah just disintegrates without leadership, unless the IDF considers it imperative to seize remaining munitions before Iran smuggles them away.
