Off-Topic Transgender Legislation and Litigation

Like I said, his hatred for the nudists seems completely out of place considering everything else about him. The only thing I can think of is that he didn't like the fact that they were all old men with normal old men bodies (I don't think I've ever seen one who was young, thin or muscular. Every single one had a typical old man body).

So in other words, he's not actually morally opposed to exhibitionism, he's just sad when he can't fap to it.

This completely retarded troon thinks a purposted HIPAA violations are punishable by "hard time."

This crazed nutter also thinks you are not allowed to criticize the government for purely political prosecutions.

That miserable rat fucker. He tries to make points by talking about the difficulties and loneliness of young men, but then of course he’s all pro troon. Meanwhile, three female CT high school track athletes lost races and championships to troons. They’ve been in and out of court for years. (Soule et al V CICA is the case. Surprisingly still ongoing despite multiple setbacks and the ACLU is getting involved too now.).

One troon is too many, Senator.

I hate this line of reasoning so much. If there are too few male trannies in girls' sports for it to be worth legislating against, then how is it worth arguing against the legislation? If my town council decided to make a law against riding a horse into town hall, I would think it was silly because no one is doing it, but I certainly wouldn't get up on my soapbox and say that the law is unethical. Asa Hutchinson, the governor of Arkansas, vetoed a similar bill for the same reason, simultaneously arguing that there weren't enough young tranny athletes for the law to matter and also that it would be unfair for the tranny athletes who would be targeted.

It’s the worst cop out. And what they are not addressing is that if there is one male and ninety nine female athletes being coached and competing in the same sport then the male athlete will undoubtedly be in the top ten, if not the very best by a country mile.

The point is that it will mean the best female athlete is male, which utterly defeats the purpose.

California just passed a bill allowing the state to take your kids if you refuse to troon them out:

California State Assembly passed a bill allowing parents to lose custody of their children if they refuse to accept their child’s gender transition

JUST IN: California State Assembly has just passed a bill allowing parents to lose custody of their children if they refuse to accept their child's gender transition.

They want your kids.

“California lawmakers send Gov. Gavin Newsom a proposed law that would require judges to consider a parents affirmation of their child’s identity in custody cases,” reported @ZavalaA on X.

State senator Scott Wiener, who has no kids, co-authored the legislation. Creep.

Video of a bald negress saying, among other things, "Because that is the duty of parents, to Affirm. Our. Children!"

I think we just need to disown California as part of the United States at this point.

That tweet is from last year, Newsom vetoed that bill but did sign some LBGTQSHIT Legislation.

Newsom vetoed AB 957, a bill by Assemblywoman Lori D. Wilson, D–Suisun City, that would require courts to take into account a parent’s affirmation of a child’s gender identity or gender expression as one factor in any custody dispute. Newsom wrote that he was vetoing the bill because he was loathe for the executive and legislative branches of state to “attempt to dictate — in prescriptive terms that single out one characteristic — legal standards for the judicial branch to apply.”

Someone is trying to appear slightly more sane before their presidential run in 2028.

I don’t recall the actual details, but it has to do with the amended (by the Gillard government) Sex Discrimination Act, and that amendment going against some international convention that Australia is a party to. Sall Grover knew the case that was just decided was most likely going to fail, but it was a step that had to be taken before she could challenge the Sex Discrimination Act in the High Court.
Sorry a bit late in adding this but I think I can add some detail.

The Cth Parliament must be able to point to a head of power in the constitution to pass a valid law and in the case of the Sex Discrimination Act, it would be the external affairs power. BUT, it only gives power to give effect to obligations under the treaty, so if sex is defined in the traditional sense in the treaties/ international law, it is arguably beyond the external affairs power to define expand the meaning of sex to something else. It failed because although the court held that CEDAW (the relevant treaty about women’s rights) said nothing about transwomen or gender identity, it held power could be drawn from being from the International Convention on Civil and Political Rights.

Ultimately, I don’t think she’ll be successful at the High Court level and I think raising public awareness, is a better place to put her time and money. We need legislative change to protect women’s right to exclude men from spaces.

A senator in Australia (Pauline Hanson) tried to introduce a review committee for the operation of the Sex Discrimination Act (earlier she had introduced a bill that would revert the Act to prior the 2013 version. The 2013 amendment introduced 'gender identity' as a protected characteristic along with sex, and it erased the definition of woman. This of course means the Sex Discrimination Act is both completely worthless and highly dangerous, and has led to the beclowning spectacle of Tickle v Giggle.

Senator Hanson was denied a vote. In the video, go to 8 minutes to watch and hear the pompous bloviating handmaiden Greens senator denounce Hanson for 'transphobia'. After he says 'trans folk are beautiful' (citation needed), he reveals he has a 'handsome, funny' step 'son' who is a 'young trans man'.

His confused stepdaughter's name? Jasper.

You could not make it up.

I was much happier 15 minutes ago when I lived in blissful ignorance. Is there anything that troons wont take for themselves?

Edit: Also, Australia is lost with so many stupid laws. Hanson was silenced for trying to prove that women are women and men are men. Sad.
