This language would not look out of place in along rant about how the Commies were definitely going to take over any day now!!!

To be honest it's such a stupid, nakedly political review and I can see why he'd tell them where to shove it.

Actually checking out various review sites like trip advisor give the restaurant a solid 4/5 and a certificate of excellence. By people actually going there seem to rate is as decently priced with solid food. Price range of $11-30 for a decent sized meal in the heart of New York is really not the be sneezed at.

Even Yelp, which is a little harsher, gives it a still half decent 3.5 out of 5.

To go on to say it's the "worst in america" really shows these prats are just being fucking divs.

Should you really be reviewing a restaurant if you can't keep the politics from affecting your viewpoint?
It's not like anybody's going to give a fuck about a restaurant review otherwise.

As much as Piers is a complete prick. He's at least a fairly honest prick.
You're talking about the same Piers "We never hacked any phones" Morgan, right?

True, if they hired him that would create the most insufferable news network in the entire universe.

Hence the insufferable part. I agree he'd probably be honest, but he'd do it in a way that would make the calls to deport him back to Britain even stronger, and make the calls in Britain to keep him in the US evne stronger.

The political implications of electoral college funny business are so great that I don't think anyone in power would seriously consider it. It would set an awful precedent. This may be hyperbole but I think it would be an honest to god threat to American democracy. Liberals who its a legitimate option to put a "qualified candidate" into office are short-sighted exceptional individuals.

I can't wait until the next time a Dem wins the EC but not the popular vote so these guys can fall over themselves "respecting the foundations of American democracy."
