That's one thing I don't get about the Left and what they think the portrayal of women in gaming should be compared to what it really is. My wife doesn't have more ink on her than the Tanakh and my friend doesn't have bright pink hair and dress like a prostitute around Harvey's. Yet all women in games must look like men and wear burkas. It's obvious that they don't want competition from 2d and 3d women. Hell we've see the articles that they don't.
Apparently he helped "That Park Place" (center-right leaning gaming news site like Bounding into Comics) fight off a lawsuit threat from Black Girl Gamers. That Park Place wrote an article alledging that this Black Girl Gamers organization was participating in discriminatory hiring practices (imagine that, hiring black people over other races is actually racist!).
I'm not sure if there is evidence he is an impressive lawyer by any means, but compared to what Alyssa's got he is Phoenix Wright .
Whatever happens other than probably nothing, it will be entertaining.
He is a long practicing very successful Hollywood lawyer specialized in entertainment and defamation/speech issues. He's not Barnes. He is perfect for this type of case. He's not really a grandstanding run for the cameras, type of lawyer. His YouTube career seems to be a late in life/semi retired hobby.
