That may be true, but we differ on our ideas on representation of information. We are here mainly to document cows and laugh at them. I think hyperbole is ok because it is so obviously absurd it can't be true, such as Rick Tomlinson making sausage from black children, it's such a grotesque pastiche no reasonable person would think it could be true. But, I believe, intentionally mispresenting data goes against what we try to do here. I think we should always strive to present information in a factual manner without intentionally skewing it in such a way that others may actually believe is an accurate interpretation. You have to realize, most people don't have enough medical knowledge or training to know that IBS doesn't = shitting your pants for 99.9% of people that have it.

However, I recognize this is purely a difference of opinion/matter of interpretation, so no one point of view on this is necessarily correct.
