After many many years of having jumped through hoops by going to therapy, getting letters, researching surgeries etc, it looks like my phallo journey will finally be coming to an end in 2 days. And I can't wait.
I'm very much looking forward to this all being done and behind me. So far each surgery has gone smoothly without complications really, so keeping my fingers crossed that that'll be the case for this one too.

I'm in quite a bit of pain most of the time and don't sleep well because of it and I'm frustrated about the balls being on the smaller end and so far between my legs. Just feels like they're almost invisible or look like balls from a prepubescent kid. Especially in relation to having a bigger dick of 6 inches.

Been a rough couple of days, so not as positive as I tend to be even though I'm trying to look at the bigger picture and be grateful that so far it's pretty much been complications free and smooth sailing. That the things I want / need are more aesthetic things rather than complications that needs surgical fixes.

She's been lucky so far with her surgeries but putting in the erectile device is gonna cause some issues down the line. She also doesn't seem to understand that even in the best of cases the ED needs replacing every 5-7 years.

Even the specialized FTM implants were only tested to survive the 5 year mark. She got the Coloplast Titan, which is for actual men. Below is information on the specialized FTM implant.

It would appear that much like her father’s love for her, he titty delete was temporary but unlike her father he boobs came back. The status of the milk in both cases is unclear and quite frankly I do not want to know.

It’s almost like the human body finds self mutilation to be counterproductive and actively tries to rebound from it.

Actually, this is an MLD phalloplasty, meaning they take a chunk out of your back to craft the rotdog, so whatever skin defects you see, they're probably not self-harm scars, at least. The one upside I can see is that it's at least not covered in dark bristly hairs like the arm and leg 'dogs usually are.

What can I say... I woke up feeling unusually :optimistic:

Surgeons are paid by number of procedures not by number of customers.

And when you have a customer that will never complain about a failed procedure (because they are afraid TFA mobs will murder their family if they do)
the only rational procedure is a procedure that will result in another procedure in the near future.

I’m having a day where it just feels like too much and I need to vent. I had SRS a year and a half ago with Dr Chettawut. Aesthetically, I’m not in love but it falls within normal female anatomy. Functionally, I hate it. I am so, so tight. Beyond tight. I can fit a #4 dilator in, but not without doing 1, 2 and 3 first. I’m sorry for this, I just need to vent. I really regret going to Thailand for this. I hate even saying that out loud and admitting it.
