This is an important point to highlight, Marty is a talentless, unfunny guy who only has a little success because hes good at wrangling this one tard.

If Cyraxx dies, goes to jail or Ed cuts out his internet permanently, Marty is pretty much done and will lose his entire audience almost immediately, its in everybodys best interest to avoid Raxx being arrested.
