Even throughout my time watching true crime channels on YouTube, white-on-black crime is a very rare occurrence. I think the only example I remember was a white serial killer (forget his name) in the south who occasionally killed black hookers. Even then it was just a crime of convenience rather than any racial motivation, and he also killed whites.
