Only tangentially related, but this reminds me of when I was in High School back in 2018. I had this teacher who said that Trump was going to start a war with Iran within the next year so that he could get re-elected. I can only imagine the excuses he's coming up with for the current administration.
Same teacher also gave an assignment where we had to analyze two quotes from Trump and Hillary about climate change and answer which one was supported by science and why.
Later that year he had to cover the posters on the classroom ceiling for standardized testing, and in the process he fell off the chair and broke his leg (knee bent backwards). It looked like it hurt, but honestly the guy was a douche even outside of shoehorning politics into his lessons so I thought it was deserved.
