Apparently almost all mammals have more or less the same color vision. Some primates, including humans, are the exception and have three different color receptors.
So the question is why do mammals generally need to see colors.

Hell, would any DMV/whatever other establishment where you get your passport even allow him in? Not only is he disturbingly unsightly & visibly dirty, you know he fucking reeks, definitely to the extent where it would bother other customers & would warrant a manager politely requesting that he leave. (If the customer’s odor is offensive enough, trust me when I say, you absolutely can kick them out, or at least refuse to serve them.)

There is no chance in hell he gets into Australia, they are (rightly) militant about who does and doesn't get in. He has no means of supporting himself, he stinks and is covered in scabs and dried skin, I doubt he's held a toothbrush since 2016, any border control officer is going to notice and pick him out for a closer look, he has no self control and. I wonder how long it would be until he's accusing officers of working for Marty or being faggot niggers and so on.

If he is "visiting" a girlfriend or fiancé unfortunately for chance they need to be real and expecting him, there are numerous hurdles to clear before he's through passport control and I can't see him satisfying any of them.

I've been there 4 times and it is an amazing country, brilliant people. I had more than enough to support myself, I have a verifiable job that I'd had for close to a decade at the time of my visits and I still got the third degree, I am going again in December and still have the same job and fully expect to be asked additional questions and/or a search before they'll let me in, they (again rightly) like their country and culture the way it is and will defend at all costs, a simple google search of "Chance Wilkins Akron" is a treasure trove of info for them to point at laugh at when he attempts to sell himself a highly successful YouTuber, racer, musician or artist.

I think a US passport and card is over $150, that's 3 years income to the goblin, maybe Sally would splurge to get crusty little turd out of the house for a few days/week so Ed can get elbow deep in her formally clinching clam.

He's going nowhere literally and figuratively, he's stuck in this nightmare ground hog day he's constructed for himself.

Even if he tries to leave the United States, the chances (lol) of Chance/Cyrax being belligerent (and/or a danger to the public) in an airplane or airport is too high. He’ll be on a no fly list (or matter of time) and/or arrested by TSA or airport security.
