October 7, 2019 Police Report
This is a report a therapist made upon Tim disclosing that something between him and an autistic man had occurred. Though I've redacted the therapist's name, he specializes in sex addiction, meaning this incident was of a sexual nature.
We don't know what happened and never will, but here are two possible events:
The first is that this refers to Tim and an autistic man engaging in zoosadist activity. There is only one known individual this could apply to - Snakething.
Additionally, the event is implied to have occured outside of Washington in the 6th paragraph, meaning this could refer to the time he and Snakething raped a puppy in an Oregon motel.
Another possibility is that something else occured with an autistic man, non-consensually. There is no way to know what exactly occured, but there is a non-zero chance that something even more sinister took place.
This took place just a few months after Tim claimed to be seeking therapy, something that obviously did not work.
Lastly, it's interesting that his brother Steve came with him. This was before the zoosadist leaks, but it's worth noting that according to the 1995 Miletski study, his brother already knew Tim fucked animals:
The report says his brother came with him. Does this refer to his brother driving him to the station, or being present during the interview? Tim spoke of something that was redacted. Could this mean his brother, if present, heard about the incident, even if Tim hadn't told him what he was there for?
I can't draw amy conclusions, not least because retards have already harassed Steve into privating his Facebook.
This is just what the Winlock PD is willing to cough up on request. They too, have been swamped with calls about Tim. They have likely done what they possibly can long ago. If you want to know why Tim isn't in prison, ask the feds.
