Again, anecdotes aren’t empirical evidence. And moreover, this isn’t a sound logical argument (I’m not even sure it’s a valid one tbh, but I’ll give you that for the sake of argument.)
You’re simply asserting that untested rape kits exist, therefore women have ineffective support. But this ignores the myriad of other reasons that could explain why that occurs. For example, the CW may have decided that they no longer wished to press charges. Or the investigation revealed that the alleged actus reus didn’t occur even before they sent the kits to the lab.

Women’s healthcare institutions like Planned Parenthood which provide more than just abortive care continue to be attacked, defunded, and threatened with legal attacks by mistreated by well meaning but ultimately foolish groups. Kamala debate covering pretty much none of the important issues because of the moderators, I felt like I had completely wasted my time and I don't feel like doing that again.
