Those laws would almost certainly be overturned if challenged in court. The folks who designed the electoral college pretty explicitly said the electors are free to vote independently of popular opinion.

So...a little background into intelligence. The US is CONSTANTLY being hacked or spied on: by Russia, China, Israel, North Korea, UK, Germany...if you're a main political player, you're probably spying on the US. The analysts just rolled with the most likely group since the DNC has a massive hate-boner with Russia.

I'm not saying that there isn't spying going on. That's the nature of those intelligence agencies across the world. It's just very funny that they are sounding like something straight out of the 1950s Red Scare. :P

GCHQ and the CIA can be pretty much considered very close organizations. There's a secure fax line between the two organizations, meaning (in theory) UK and US orgs can transfer information quickly and instantly should it need to, indeed this is how urgent information has been handled since the 70s. Spying on each other is actually less necessary thanks to respective "pro UK and "Pro US" factions within the intelligence community and good intelligence sharing apparatus. Five Eyes is truly a beautiful thing.

It also seems that those wacky krauts might be responsible for the some wikileaks hacks because of how shit their data protection is, and the fact that such classified material has been read out in public before by German politicians not even in government. So the UK and US is now outright refusing the share intel because the BND apparently leaks like a colander.

This is an argument which has rumbled on for some six years after it was revealed the USA and UK had been quietly hacking and monitoring the phones of various european leaders. Most euro leaders then swapped out their blackberries (thinking it was the phones that were compromised) and then carried on as normal.

So, might wanna blame the krauts too.

I'm actually concerned about that. Once Trump is officially president the left is only going to get more radicalized. This thread is a testament and a collection of evidence that liberals don't care about morals or ethics and believe that the ends justify the means. In some of these people there is clear mental illness. I think at some point one of them is going to try and assassinate Trump.
