Correct, the actual solution if you don't want people using drugs is to change the culture so they're not inclined to do so - which in fact has been achieved with the zoomers. They don't drink or party as much because they actually have less of an interest in doing so. This has been in part of a larger cultural change that has seen younger generations become far less confident and assertive than before. One of the reasons they don't drink is that making a drunken sexual advance has the potential to ruin your entire life - and for the same reason, they're having much less sex overall. People will disagree whether the sum total of these changes is good or bad.

The problem with a lot of women in these positions is they are either bimbos who fail upward, or their capabilities get kneecapped by the forced politics surrounding their position. I have met women who wanted to do their job, but realized very quickly that their job was more PR than anything else. Or, worst of all, they were forced to do all the "I am woman, hear me roar" fluff by their superiors and colleagues because, if they didn't, they were bullied.
