Yeah, if I had to guess the change in a lot of the gas stations seemed to be related to staffing, even in a time when supposedly all those jobs had come back and then some. But once the 24h was gone, it was gone for good.

This is what the local place here said. They're open from 7am-1am so still pretty late but they said they stopped the 1-7 shift because they didn't have enough people and couldn't find anyone.

Over the past few years I've seen constant help wanted signs at gas stations in my town, and in different states. I know they're high turnover but it does seem like they're having a harder time finding people. Not sure why though.

Here’s the thing I’ve been thinking of. Kamala probably had a couple of flash bangs in her pocket to distract Trump(such as bringing up crowd sizes during the part on immigration) on her weakest points. I don’t think Vance is as nearly as distractive as Trump is, Walz has nothing in his back pocket against Vance unless he mentions the couch or project 2025 bullshit. I think Vance, if he plays his cards right, can verbally lynch Walz on the last 24 hours alone for the whole of America to see.
