Isn't she in the horror shower house?
Her credit cards and coke were in the master bedroom in the main house.
The secondary house also does not look very lived in if you check the realtor pictures.

It looks dirty and ill-maintained, but no signs of actual use as a permanent residence.
(By which I mean the number of personal articles and clothing are not enough for someone to live there. I would expect multiple mantles/jackets, and a wider selection of shoes. It looks like just leftovers)

The lack of visible consequences in any of that does demonstrate NIck as white attorney with money getting treated special. Because alot of people who did a whole lot less than Nick car-wise have gotten the hammer dropped on them.
Yes, but his being a lawyer or having money has jack to do with getting/ paying a ticket. He neither appeared (as person or attorney) nor engaged a lawyer on his behalf. And when you're pulled over, they don't know your job [unless of course they know you bc you're a repeat offender in a small town - though iirc Nick's tickets have been in a variety of places]; and issued tickets just go into a database/system. And you can have a pile of tickets but unless your license is suspended you don't even get an extra fine written up when you are pulled over. Ymmv if you are Black...but even then the tickets issuing/enforcement system is usually pretty lax/variable. If you have a warrant it's different, and if your license is suspended you'll get additional fines. (And when you go to pay them there will be a premium - but he hasn't bothered with that, ofc.)

Minnesota sentencing guidelines would like a word with you, but your mind is made up of anecdotes so, c'est la vie.
Based on his current charges, his presumptive sentence even if found guilty on the charged is non-confinement. Based on the current charges, the Court has discretion to order up to a year - 1 day confined, but it's rare in his circumstance.

The other possibility is that he is so irresponsible that Dad is taking over dealing with all the paper filings in the case, has maybe taken over dealing with Nick's attorney and everything else mail-delivery related concerning Nick.
Wouldn't be surprising. Dad had to pay his property taxes, after all.

With the exception of dealing with his attorney. Can't believe Nick's ego would allow that.

Yes, but the second house did have her purse and Summer's Eve.
True, but I think its not enough stuff, unless April simply does not own a lot of things.
Just looking at all the stuff I have, its at least 5 pairs of shoes, 3 jackets, a wide selection of body lotions, shampoos, soap etc.

Not just "one thing each", but then again, April simply might be trailer trash white girl who can jump ship and hook up with the next sugar deady with all her things fitting into one XL backpack.

The images have bunch of her clothes on the bedroom closet. Her jacket on the coat hanger by the main entrance. etc.
What pictures have you looked at?

There was an extra TV and April's own TV-stand (iirc, Aaron Onahole said she took the TV-stand after moving out)
My guess is Bob made Racket's kick her to the secondary house at some point and that's why all Nick's whiskeys are there now also.

And why send it to him? Usually everything would go through his lawyer.
Wouldn't this typically go to Nick's counsel? I see WHITE, FRANCIS HERBERT, III listed on the notice of hearing. Very odd.
They will send such notices to both the actual parties, and the attorneys of the parties.

While White is not listed on the document itself, he is listed on the index page. He is sent (or otherwise receives) a copy of everything as well. Nick has a Constitutional right to have him present at the hearing, and he is Nick's attorney of record in the case.

Come on my guy. Cops can basically create probable cause if they feel like it. (Some don’t, some do.)
I am aware some do, but those that do don't usually try to search every vehicle (aside from asking, which they are free to do). If nothing else, it's a logistical and time management thing.

As far as the traffic cops Nick contacted were concerned, they probably just felt like they were dealing with some guy driving like an asshole. IIRC, nothing in the reports we saw suggest they even asked to conduct a search of the vehicle. I believe Aaron's reports were all similar. Ditto April's traffic stop.

Now... that said... if he gets pulled over again, and they know who he is, I bet you anything they're radioing a K9 unit, and the dog will "indicate." Coke or no coke present. They'd probably LOVE to put his dumb ass in handcuffs again. Especially after all the bullshit he's claimed about the Sheriff's Detective being a corrupt liar (cops are a fraternity, basically, and Nick hasn't shown the thin blue line much respect).

From now on, Nick should probably obey ALL traffic laws when he makes one of his "runs to the cities." LOL.

Don't forget Baldo is scheduled for a hearing the following day in the case with Monty.
Oof. November is gonna suck for him.

True, but I think its not enough stuff, unless April simply does not own a lot of things.
I don't think she owned/owns a lot of things. I don't think she was very well-off until she met Aaron. She worked in a factory painting valves. She's basically blue collar trailer trash (nothing against blue collar, BTW).

Not just "one thing each", but then again, April simply might be trailer trash white girl who can jump ship and hook up with the next sugar deady with all her things fitting into one XL backpack.
Yes. New sugar daddy being Nick.

Powdered sugar daddy, if you catch my drift.

It is just not the amount of clothing and things I would expect a 29 year old to possess.
Like, where is a computer, laptop, TV, tea kettle, pictures on the walls or other decorations?

It might just be this is all she owns, which would be really fucking sad.

I think it's this. She's a drifter.
This makes me wish I could manipulate AI to make a Rekieta version of this old intro. Swapping ‘cop’ for ‘cuck’, etc. He has such delusions of grandeur he actually sees himself as the proud cuck/ethical snitch. April and Qayla just look like dusty 90’s lot lizards to begin with.

Why would you need those things when you're working to supplant the wife in the main house and your entertainment is a seemingly endless supply of booger sugar?

I'm telling you guys, he's bi. Or functionally so. I would put money on it.

IMO, him being full gay is illogical seeing as he sired five children (yes, they are his, old jokes about Drex aside), and there's an obvious attraction between him and April (yuck).

On the other hand, there's the Aaron stories, the Gay 90s stories, the face licking, the mannerisms, and all the other shit.

He's fucked in the head and will stick his broken Balldo-encased dick in just about anything. Even Aaron, if he hasn't already. Any hole is a goal. Peak degeneracy.

I maintain that Nick's sexual orientation is essentially defined by him pushing past whatever sexual limits he has. Nick advises couples to do the same or risk misery in their marriage. This is the outworking of Nick's hedonistic values in addition to being a true pornsick degenerate.

Consequently, Nick can only get a thrill via perversion/sexual transgression and he also feels justified in doing so as a married man of so many years. While there seemed to be a few boundaries within Nick's marriage at one point, they eventually became a to-do list as they converted the sanctity of their marriage into sexual currency for the sake of coom and false promises of healthy and sustainable marital intimacy.

Unless Nick course corrects, his limits will get pushed further and further until there are no limits left.

It's classic porn-sickness, in addition to the hedonism.

I worked with a guy who was full on gay married to another dude and had kids from his previous marriage to a woman.
It doesn't make sense, but being a faggot isn't rational in the first place.

There’s every chance Nick deliberately gave the address wrong to thwart the kiwi menace.

Like Jerry Lundegaard scrawling over the list of VINs of the cars he’s lost before faxing them to HQ, it’s not going to buy much time.

The kiwi menace already figured out someone fat fingered a "2" instead of "5" on the keypad. He changed his address to his parents. So did Kayla.

April got a pittance from the Aaron divorce. Her barren womb worked against her.

Also, having a closer look at her latest thirst trap Instagram pics, she's definitely still at the 2nd house (see the reflection in her shades matches the white door(s) for the house link on Zillow).

Also, is she doing calligraphy lessons in her free time? She made her chest A's look like D's

The general attitude is that prison is an expensive and often pointless option for alot of people. That prison should be reserved mostly for people can't function in normal society. That its better as much as possible to put people like Nick on a regime of drug testing and probationary supervision. To basically make his life NOT in prison as much of an annoying hell as they can make it.
I can tell you right now this would be very different if Minnesota employed private prisons. They apparently have one. Which is closed. And the MN state legislature is looking to ban it.

In my state, they have government contracts that perversely guarantee private prison contractors a number of prisoners at a certain rate per day (hence guaranteed $$$). One of the end results being that the state literally needs to have prisoners.

Nick would be potentially a LOT worse off right now if he lived in a number of red states. Texas, Arizona, Florida, etc. He's actually lucky he lives in MN.

The place you can really see the inequality of minnesota in action is in how NIck's traffic offenses have been treated. He repeatedly drove without insurance or registration. He repeatedly got stopped in obvious speed traps and acted like an idiot to the police. He also no-showed and non-responded to bunches of vehicle violations. The lack of visible consequences in any of that does demonstrate NIck as white attorney with money getting treated special. Because alot of people who did a whole lot less than Nick car-wise have gotten the hammer dropped on them.
I don't think this is true in Minnesota.

You may recall we were discussing earlier this year/late last year, before he got arrested and shit got super crazy, that Minnesota doesn't really seem to drop the hammer on anybody too hard for traffic offenses. Examples outside of Nick included Aaron and Metokur.

Remember, Metokur also had a spate where he wouldn't register his damn car (plus he had DUIs). He's white, yes. But not a lawyer. Same for Aaron and his multiple traffic offenses.

I think it's just a "Minnesota thing."

I maintain that Nick's sexual orientation is essentially defined by him pushing past whatever sexual limits he has.
I don't disagree, and that's possibly true, but it would still make him functionally bisexual, wouldn't it?

My main point is I don't think he's gay as defined as "men only."

These people are all fucking weirdos. This is a weird way to act when you have a felony hanging over your head. Not even "funny and weird." Just weird.

YOU ARE ALL WEIRDOS!!! *ugh*
