And why send it to him? Usually everything would go through his lawyer.
Wouldn't this typically go to Nick's counsel? I see WHITE, FRANCIS HERBERT, III listed on the notice of hearing. Very odd.
They will send such notices to both the actual parties,
and the attorneys of the parties.
While White is not listed on the document itself, he is listed on the index page. He is sent (or otherwise receives) a copy of everything as well. Nick has a Constitutional right to have him present at the hearing, and he is Nick's attorney of record in the case.
Come on my guy. Cops can basically create probable cause if they feel like it. (Some don’t, some do.)
I am aware some do, but those that do don't usually try to search
every vehicle (aside from asking, which they are free to do). If nothing else, it's a logistical and time management thing.
As far as the traffic cops Nick contacted were concerned, they probably just felt like they were dealing with some guy driving like an asshole. IIRC, nothing in the reports we saw suggest they even asked to conduct a search of the vehicle. I believe Aaron's reports were all similar. Ditto April's traffic stop.
Now...
that said... if he gets pulled over again, and they know who he is, I bet you anything they're radioing a K9 unit, and the dog
will "indicate." Coke or no coke present. They'd probably LOVE to put his dumb ass in handcuffs again. Especially after all the bullshit he's claimed about the Sheriff's Detective being a corrupt liar (cops are a fraternity, basically, and Nick hasn't shown the thin blue line much respect).
From now on, Nick should probably obey ALL traffic laws when he makes one of his "runs to the cities." LOL.
Don't forget Baldo is scheduled for a hearing the following day in the case with Monty.
Oof. November is gonna suck for him.
True, but I think its not enough stuff, unless April simply does not own a lot of things.
I don't think she owned/owns a lot of things. I don't think she was very well-off until she met Aaron. She worked in a factory painting valves. She's basically blue collar trailer trash (nothing against blue collar, BTW).
Not just "one thing each", but then again, April simply might be trailer trash white girl who can jump ship and hook up with the next sugar deady with all her things fitting into one XL backpack.
Yes. New sugar daddy being Nick.
Powdered sugar daddy, if you catch my drift.
