The court must maintain dignity.
The judge, a male, goes to think about this, then comes back and AGREES WITH THE DEFENSE, the videos will not be systematically displayed, only one a case-by-case basis, which Gisèle's team will have to provide sufficient argument for each and every time. The room will be cleared each time the videos are viewed, so that ONLY the parties to the trial will be able to see them. Journalists and others in the court will not be able to view the videos.
