As such, it is normal that they would most often look for empathy and having a shoulder to cry on. A lot of these women know what issues they have / what they did wrong. But, unlike guys, you can't just go "Nice going, retard. You should've done X and Y". They would ignore what advice you give, as good as it is, just because you were not empathetic to their current situation.
To give an example, while calling someone "Fat fuck" might motivate men to lose weight, calling a woman that will just make her dislike you and might create some depressive episodes.

You can't expect women to behave like men. That's what bros are for. The differences between the sexes are there for a reason. Biology knows its thing, so I wouldn't doubt it.
