if she REALLY wanted to give skyward sword a tinkerbell costume, it wouldn't be hard to scrounge up something at goodwill (as gross as it may be. you can find some great costume accessories at goodwill, but flipping through the used polyester costumes always makes my hands feel greasy) but we know that 15$ towards getting a second hand baby costume could be spent getting cigarettes.
sabrina may be white trash by birth, but she likes to play the role of a Live Laugh Love mom. i can see her going out of the way to dress skyrim up like the sweet little doll she is (i also suspect the cute, clean new outfits we've seen her in were courtesy of sabrina.) i don't see her or maw bushart denying that baby her first halloween, even if she won't remember it. baby's first christmases and halloweens are more for the family than for the baby. not that sammie cares. skylab is just a prop to her. the rant about all her money going into this Damn House was absolutely ma shart asking sammie for rent or household needs like toilet paper or something lol
