What did he mean by users pretending to be him and getting money from his copyright? Is he just refering to users reposting his book or the like?
If I wanted to pretend to be Russhole, I'd sooner do it to annoy hookers around Las Vegas than get the nonexistent royalties from his worthless songs.

man old Russ-tard sure isn't making this easy on the judge.

Imagine being the magistrate who is desperately trying to twist and warp these insane ramblings into something she can rule on against Jersh but all Russell gives her is feces smeared across some white legal paper.

I would feel bad for the magistrate but nah, fuck all activists judges who let their personal feelings get in the way of ruling according to the law.

Ok, buddy boy. I'll have you know I spent many hours feverishly typing prompts into that AI song generator late into the night. Your slanders have ruined my life and I will be pursuing legal action.

It's okay friendo, the lesser folk don't understand the toils of AI artists. Let them wallow in uncreative ignorance while our imaginations are set free.

No. It's too dumb. I refuse to believe anyone is this retarded. Greer is clearly a long running bit that some KF user is pulling. Maybe even Josh himself, trying to copy his hero Jace, he's secretly sued himself as a joke. And he almost got away with it, the little scamp, but he went full retard on this deadline! You never go full retard!

"Greer created a free account on Kiwi Farms"

IS GREER AMONG US???

Important item to add to discovery: demand Russ reveal his username.

Not too emotionally sidetracked to file all this irrelevant horseshit though, huh? :story:

I can't imagine acting this profoundly retarded while my dad is gravely ill. I would call bullshit on it, but Russ is a fucking imbecile, so it might be legit.

Greer's really laying it all out.

As far as he's concerned, it's a legal FACT he'd be famous right now were it not for kiwifarms!
Russhole should be careful what he wishes for. The line between fame and infamy can be razor thin. But this does line up with his usual pattern of behavior. He has absolutely no sense of personal responsibility. If something bad happens to him, or something good fails to happen to him, it isn't because of anything he did or failed to do. That's not it at all. No, the real reason is that bad people are trying to keep him down.

Does Greer think that mediation means he gets exactly what he asks for and that it's just a code word for "settlement on the plaintiffs terms"?
Yes, that is exactly what he thinks it means.

Seeing things like this, I am wondering if perhaps the judge is starting to feel like Norm McDonald.

Nah, Dyn is funny. Russ wishes he could write bait as well as Dyn.

I'd like to try my hand at writing a response to his request for judicial notice
Damn. That was elegant, well reasoned, and to the point.

Maybe @Useful_Mistake isn't Hardin after all. Maybe you are secretly Hardin.

If it didn't require you to dox yourself, I'd suggest you file this as an amicus brief. But that might be cow-tipping, so please, ignore my retarded opinion.

there are no retarded opinions in the 10th Circuit Court of Livejournal.

I demand the court censor the speech of people outside of its jurisdiction and enforce everyone to delete all knowledge about myself from their brains posthaste.
This is what "intellectual property rights" lunatics genuinely want
I wish more people would grow up and realize that they have no right or entitlement to what others do using their bodies

except it has been working that way just fine for him this whole time. not exactly sure it's going to change any time soon, either.
In terms of this specific case, I agree with you. The judge presiding over this case seems to be going above and beyond to accommodate Russ' pro se status and arguments. As long as that continues, Russ will feel like he's winning and he's oh-so-close to having a victory against the orchards of flightless birds.

Still, he's gone to court every time with a similar expectation in that he expects the judge to give him whatever he demands on say-so alone. Whether it's compelling female celebrities to pleasure him sexually or listen to his subpar music, he feels he can simply ask a judge to give him what he wants and he will get it. Even in those cases where judges put the smack down on him when he attempted his shenanigans, he hasn't given up and probably never will - especially when he does find that occasional judge willing to humor his fantasies.

He wanted to avoid mediation like the plague in the America's Got Talent lawsuit, and when he was finally forced into it by the contract he signed, he dropped the suit, so he should know mediation doesn't work that way

That's because he knows the opposing party is going to defend themselves, and his own crybully behavior is going to be brought up. It's going to challenge the victim narrative he has set up for himself, and his fragile NPD brain can't handle it.

It's why he looked like he was absolutely seething in his criminal stalking case - he couldn't handle admitting fault in that.
