Taylor is just like NAL. They have the same awful voice and they both look ugly in the same way. I hate the way her voice sounds.

Journalism is impossible to read because journos, in addition to lying, also like to play with language too much and use phrases and french words to make their writing more interesting. It does not make their writing more interesting. It makes it impossible to actually read their articles because because idiomatic expressions only make scene when you know the context, and if you're reading about something that happened which is new to you then you don't know the context yet. I look forward to laughing at her flounder and fail.

I like Blocked and Reported and Katie and Jesse, but that doesn't sound right.

I got the impression that from a public, normie perspective, her doxing LoTT was pretty lame and more appropriate for a tabloid than a major, respected newspaper like the Washington Post.

I'm sure her coworkers loved it and thought it was hilarious/awesome/righteous from a political perspective, but from a journalistic perspective, it was cringy tabloid shit. If she discovered that LoTT was someone important, like some major politician's wife or something, that would've been a big scoop. But an otherwise boring housewife (part time real estate agent)? Pretty lame story.

The politically interested boomers I know (moderate Dems and moderate Republicans) would ask, "who the fuck is libs of tiktok and why do they matter?" (Boomers are probably the main demographic of newspaper subscriptions.)

I think Katie's right in that she probably does have a major following... in the twitterverse. But do we have any reason to believe that twitter followers converted to a significant number of WaPo subscriptions? Or even ad revenue?

That last bit is what I'm skeptical about.

Taylor Lorenz is a dumb bitch and dumb bitches eventually outstay their welcome. it may take weeks, it may take months, it may take years or even decades. if you're too egotistical to know when to toe the line, maybe you'll enjoy some temporary popularity because you're saying some shit people agree with. maybe you're tolerated or even appreciated because you serve somebody else's purpose. but eventually, inevitably, you'll antagonize and alienate everyone who likes you, one by one. you may think you're important because you have the praise, or the subscribers, or the updoots or whatever. but one day you'll find yourself out on the street, with everyone's backs turned on you. and you'll wonder, what happened? you happened. sucks to suck, Taylor. sic semper retardis.

Believe it or not, Taytay does in fact have significant medical expenses, she's not lying about that. As shown in this post, she spends thousands of dollars a month on pointless boutique covid treatments. While her medical expenses are voluntary, unnecessary and stupid, she does have them nonetheless.

$350 a month isn't enough for food there, what the hell is she going to do for rent and bills? Let alone her avocado toast and COVID shots? It wont take her long to start begging. It it's not this month, it'll be November so she can play off needing money for the holidays.
