Joe is playing with fire though. If Trump doesn't win his channel is fucked. Nick did a similar thing in 2020 and it didn't work out for him. Unlike Nick, Joe cannot pivot back to anything as he never did anything but pro-trump politics.

He always has his philosophical musings and novel takes on physics to fall back on! Joe can explain how he does not believe in Special or General Relativity again! He only did 3-4 streams on it last time!

He's a tard in a very insular community that has been built up to think he is someone. He may well BE someone in his small community (I doubt it, and personally believe he WANTS status and money and is constantly chasing it) but he is an idiot to the rest of the world.

My point is that not only did Joe not realize that the law gives the plaintiff very high bargaining power when negotiating a settlement at the start, he also increased the amount he had to pay by fighting everything.

He tried making defenses that obviously weren't going to work, like arguing that he wasn't a debt collector, or that he wasn't liable because even though the person who sent the letter was somebody who he authorized to send out letters in his name using form letters he created as a starting point and a stamp of his signature, he did not personally review each letter getting sent out.

Then the plaintiff's counsel had to respond to all that and he's the one who had to foot the bill.

This sounds like an NPL from Minnesota...

Also how the fuck do you operate as a debt collector for years while apparently being either completely unfamiliar with the FDCPA or thinking you can just endlessly get away with flouting it? Maybe he had tard luck for a few years.
Just look at the federal government and your answer lies therin.

That is what you have insurance for ... oh wait, as we already established, Joe is a retard. Retards do not have insurance.
He should have had insurance but even insurance might have refused to pay out for what was pretty obviously deliberately breaking the law (whether or not he even knew it was the law).

He plans to address it TONIGHT!
Is there an update? Was this to be on YouTube or only on Locals?

Now that his previous company Recovery Of Judgment, LLC is shut down, Joe "JewBaldo" Nierman is President of another debt collection company, Judgment Marketplace, LLC out of Ohio. The LLC is registered out of Delaware. Due to how Delaware protects LLC filings, the annual reports and other associated documents are not available online. The Ohio address for this company is 10625 Techwoods Cir, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45242, United States. The NYC presence is show on Google as 352 7th Ave, New York, NY 10001, The company has a very thin online presences which looks really suspect. https://www.judgmentmarketplace.com/

There was not much available online for Recovery of Judgement LLC. The LLC was registered in Nevada. In the losing court case, I have seen nothing in the documents with any specific information on the RoJ LLC, and during deposition he was completely evasive to questions of how he acquired full ownership and other details.

I just want to quote what it says on their website (Archive):
At Judgment Marketplace, we empower you to buy and sell legal judgments in a secure, professional, and transparent environment. We bridge the gap between buyers and sellers, providing a seamless platform to unlock the potential value in your court-awarded judgments.
Joe "graduated" from collecting debts to trading them. These jokes write themselves...

The domain for recovery of judgement is still online but it is set to expire in 10 days. We'll see if it get renewed or not. I am kind of surprised Joe didn't kill the hosting if in fact the company is dead.

In 2019 someone paid for a redesign and seemed to have moved locations. "30 Wall Street, Suite 801 New York, NY 10005" in 2019 and " 352 7th Avenue, Suite 907, New York, NY 10001" in 2020 to current. The phone numbers are the same.

I just want to point out that the incorporation of this company predates his ownership of even RoJ, so its not a "new thing", this has always been running in the background, likely some for of quid-pro-quo where debt collectors exchange debts or contract out debts to someone in the same state to get around interstate collection laws and barriers.

Not a "new" company, but new information nonetheless.

"However, a handful of fools have weighed in with some pretty ignorant takes. Some of them are pretty insane."
This is going to be fun cope to listen to.

I really want to know how he expects to look like the victim in this.

It's your firm and you signed the document dude, even if the other party is just out for a payday you're the one who caused everything.
His primary excuse for why he wasn't responsible (that the letter was sent by an office manager using a stamp of his signature, most of the time without his review) only makes him look worse by admitting he may well have been violating FDCPA in ways the plaintiff didn't even argue, since the FDCPA prohibits falsely claiming or implying a communication is from an attorney.

From the judge:

What the cope appears to essentially boil down to is that he worked in the industry for years without understanding the FDCPA.

This also colors his argument that it's unfair to have to pay the plaintiff's legal fees.

This was a clear cut case. What he and the company did was not allowed, and their regular business procedure appeared to involved a lack of attorney review on purported legal documents which suggests there were likely to be far more violations out there that he was never called out on in court.

He's a retard. He got dinged under the FDCPA for precisely the kind of misconduct that law was passed to address. Anyone who has ever dealt with an aggressive, shitty debt collector knows exactly what bottom feeders these people can be. Most of them know to knock it the fuck off if you even mention FDCPA.

Yeah, "pretty insane." Like just quoting the ruling itself directly. Absolute madness.

But there's a real story, he just can't tell you yet! But just you wait, Henry Higgins!
He's going full Balldo. Never go full Balldo.
Well when you think about it, what kind of asshole would support Balldo at this point? Another Balldo.

"I did nothing shady, fraudulent, or remotely immoral. If anything, I expect that most people will sympathize with me."

Joe's ego and inability to admit mistakes turned a $25k problem into a $117k one. And it seems he learned nothing from it.

Still doesn't make up for him repeating verified falsehoods about Amber Heard, however. In fact, if there is a gypsy curse on every lawtuber who piled onto her in the face of her testimony and legally relevant prior upheld judgments, Sean is next in line after Nick.
Legally relevant PRIOR upheld judgments?

United Kingdom
Is neither legally relevant NOR
Prior Judgment.
USA fought UK is the ONLY legally relevant previously upheld judgment in Depp trial.
DEPP v Turd.

A fat turd of a lawtuber talking shit on video is not a legal argument.

Thank you Joe, for stepping up to entertain us while Nick is busy with them darn kids. You're doing him proud.
