Apologies in advance if I'm posting a lot in response if there are questions. I just had ankle surgery and I'm on bed rest. (Another fucking reason this chart kind of came about). But having watched so much footage and read thru a lot (and still going thru more and editing more as well, thanks to those helping btw) I FEEL LIKE I'M IN THIS FUCKING POLYCULE!!!!

Aaron talks about on multiple streams how he would go to bed on time at the Rekietas with Kayla . . . April would stay up with Nick coked out while he would stream, and then she would come to bed and wake him up, which fucked up his sleep schedule . . . he'd wake up 30-45 min late and then have to speed back home to do STMS from their house in St. Cloud which is about an hour away. Considering the possibility that all water lines in the house are fucked because of the defective water filtration system causing rust and oxidation, I would be surprised if anyone with half a brain would pay more than $300-350k for it.

If you have to open all walls to replace the lines it might not even be worth that.
Pretty much all water fixtures will have to be replaced as well.

It is a bona fide project house unless you just want it to run a meth lab in.
