Does anyone know how doctors actually determine the dosages for mtfs? Just curious because none of the medications seem to actually make much of a difference. PL, but I have been on some of these medications for fertility treatments, and with that comes blood tests and lining checks every other day to see if the meds are getting hormones and lining thickness into the right range based on cycle day, or if dosage needs to be adjusted. But since troons have no menstrul cycle or female reproductive system for those medications to "plug into", is it just doctors writing a half-assed Rx to make the troon happy and keep him moving through the pipeline?View attachment 6488783View attachment 6488784
Hi folks, more than halfway through my third year of transition and feeling a bit disappointed/confused about my breast growth. I’ve been on injections the whole time, started on 10mg weekly alongside 100mg spiro and dropped the spiro and started 100mg progesterone at about the 6 month mark. I lowered my E dose to 8mg weekly earlier this year. It feels like I’ve plateau’d for a while after not experiencing any significant growth in the first place. I can’t really remember the last time they were soreThe women in my family all have smaller breasts, and I’m quite tall so appearance-wise they seem smaller, but I’m afraid of having cheated myself out of growth at some point during transition. Noticed some changes recently after making an effort to eat more and hitting the gym a lot, but I’m not sure if more fat is the only thing I need.

With ftms the testosterone at least seems a little more clear because testosterone has very noticeable effects on the pooner's physical appearance, and the goal seems to be to maximize that without overprescribing to the point that they stroke out or their kidneys rebel.
Crazy thing is, if this gal is in the U.S., it was probably easier for her to get the double mastectomy covered by insurance in the name of her trans identity than it would have been for her to get a breast reduction as a "cis" woman.Honestly, I don't see it. She is overweight, super pale - and yeah, you get it. And hers aren't abnormally large in any way, just large. Also, tubular breasts are normal for women with large breasts like hers, who don't use a bra. She's gone native and this is the expected result, big deal. This is the same crap as "life saving" stomach reductions for people who could just stop eating. Just eat less, workout, get into a group which does back exercises specifically and you're golden. Of course a fat, overweight couch potato is gonna have back problems but it's not like UPS workers don't get the same issues by carrying way heavier loads all day. I don't know, I think @Larry David's Opera Cape is right on this one.
But it may also be butchery fatigue which clouds my judgement here.
I don't know what you're talking about, she looks mid thirties going by her unblurred husband. They look healthy and well fed. I don't know where you get the idea that natives are by default ausschwitz victims when they don't even look that part to being with.
