Seen far less political signs this election than before for both candidates. It's as if the majority of voters are either tired of this shit, or publicly announcing your voting intentions paints a bullseye on your back.

I think people are both unimpressed by both candidates and are fatigued by the whole “you can’t stay on the sidelines” mentality that both parties exhibit. That is why Harris is trying to be as down the middle and be the Generic Democrat as much as possible. I could see it potentially backfiring as enthusiasm amongst Trumptards is high enough to potentially result in a victory if most potential Harris voters are more apathetic. I think it’s both. I think a lot of former Trumpers are tired of it and taking down signs to avoid further embarrassment. On the other side, the Dems never were as evangelical as the Reps so to compare the Harris signs to Trump is a dishonest comparison. Also, there appears to be an uptick in targeting of people with Harris/Walz signs/stickers in red areas. I live in a blue state and I’d never put a sticker or sign in my property because people are fucking crazy.
