Some people with eating disorders go through binge periods where they eat tons of high caloric garbage and loathe themselves afterwards, then go through periods of restrictive eating where they pick at shit for a week and it “cancels out” the previous week in lieu of purging. Hell, he may be purging off camera and we may just coincide that with too much alcohol intake, it would explain his teeth since the acidity of your stomach acid destroys enamel fast. That and the soda, I would attribute a lot of his weight gain to soda and booze, he drinks entirely too much booze and that has a way of bloating the body in strange proportions but soda is a sneaky fucker for weight gain. The sugar content alone is so high that a handful of sodas per day with no exercise for a year will make you a fat fuck.
