That's what got recorded. I think it escalated from there and she (or someone else - maybe a neighbor) called 911. Tarl is fucked.

They were arguing. Styx thought that Samantha was cheating on him.

I assume he had grabbed Samantha's phone from her to check it.

He threw the phone at her, hitting her in the ribs. Samantha told him she was recording. Video cuts out. Samantha is now whimpering with a bloody nose with the start of the archived later video.

Since these videos surfaced from Julian's channel is it possible that he shared them with the police? Second vid proves Tarl knew that Samantha was recording so like a good wifebeater he probably made sure to delete the evidence off her phone.

Even if she actually did something like punch herself in the nose to get a bloody nose, you still have an assault and battery there. Technically, even the minimal contact involved in taking someone's phone from them is an assault. People have been convicted of even battery, not just assault, for something like knocking someone's hat off, even without any direct physical contact with the actual person.

Looking at this video again, Samantha quickly flips the phone down and away to keep it hidden while recording Tarl. This makes me think that the lost video (phone thrown at her ribs) and the bloody nose were 2 separate encounters since Tarl notes that she's recording on her phone during that incident. Maybe she fled to the floor next to the bed after she got that bloody nose?

It's possible it's taken down because shebwas told to by her own lawyer defense. I don't think she was trying to cheat. Her friend is married and has two kids. ( doesn't mean much but they seem to be a happy couple ) Styx is just projecting on to her his own bullshit.

Master Race Frankenstein Radio has privated just about all of his videos. Not just the ones having to do with Samantha. Videos way prior to this incident. Something spooked him.

That said, given his wealth of information, being an old friend, and his proximity to her, I would not be shocked to find out that she sought temporary shelter at his home while some of the court stuff gets sorted out. I wonder when she will head back to Vermont. As shitty as she has dealt with issues, I expect she will still want to be close to her kids.

You don't know shit about the how the legal system works down here. It's so fucked they only kept my cousin in jail for a month and then released the dumbass with an ankle monitor bc they needed to make room. My cousin btw got caught trafficking 28 pounds of meth.
