Greta Gustava Martela / Kjel Anderson & Nina Chaubal / Niraj Chaubal - Stole $350k+ from Trans Lifeline, kill count of 2+ from negligence, Founders of Sisterwood/La Zorra.

There is a lot of issues with the trannies Greta likes to surround herself with hiding crimes behind their "dead names".
Namley domestic violence and assault.
They then try to force themselves into women only (usually it is women only because the women have been abused) help and groups.
They also like to grift services at a place in Chicago that also helps out a large number of LGBT youth. Kids that have been abused and even kicked out of their homes.
And heaven forbid some poor soul question why a man who makes no other attempt to pass than put on an old dress and has a visible hard-on is spending so much time with young people.
They have tried to ask for their real names (I'm saying that because many haven't even legally changed their name) telling them it will be kept confidential. They just need to make sure that the safe place, stays a safe place.
Reeeeeeeeeee!! Transphobic misgendering!

Now, now, now. Remember that pointing out that letting people who are convicted domestic abusers into spaces that were created on the basis that NO abusers would be permitted entry is TRANSPHOBIC OMFG ARE YOU BASICALLY CATHY BRENNAN.

Remember that this is the VERY issue that gave birth to this concept of 'TERFs'. That people running shelters for victims of domestic abuse didn't want to let people who had documented histories of violence against partners into those spaces.

Taking a female name and choosing a female presentation does not wipe out a history of partner abuse, physical violence and sexual violence. (Nor the other way about; plenty of scumbag born-women on the loose too) And a number of those who have argued the most vociferously for access to these safe spaces have notable histories of the above.

My favorite whine is when you get someone crying about how they lost their job after they transitioned but it totally wasn't an employment issue until the individual came out. So let me get this right, you had a job, decided that at your job what was most important was how you felt about your sexual reproductive system and how it failed you from a genetic inheritance POV and suddenly your employer decided you weren't the best person for the job? No shit, Sherlock.

If I had a job and decided my junk was the most important thing that my fellow employees there needed to concern themselves with rather than actual getting done, you know, WORK, I'd expect to be shit-canned in a hurry too whether I wanted to spike the ball in my parents face for 'mis-gendering' me as a kid or not. It's not your ever so precious identity that's the problem at work, it's the fact you think your identity is more relevant to holding your position down than doing the actual duty you were hired to take care of. Someone not hung up on something so irrelevant to the position is always going to be a better potential hire than the alternative, call that not rocking the boat if you can't deal all you want, it doesn't change the facts of the situation.

At the risk of deviating from the party line, there are cases where person in question decides to transition on the job....keeps it as cool as they can and continuing to put out good work, but all of a sudden the boss has a hangup.

Basically it goes both ways, there are no innocent parties in this.

People who transition and change their name legally have to tell their bosses what the new legal name and identity is so that personell documents can be edited and the pay checks cut to the proper name. Normally it shouldn't be an issue unless someone decides to turn it into one.

In the case of them firing you for gender presentation (which is legal in most states)....their loss and they're sort of doing you a favor.

Here in California they're trying to make it illegal to run criminal background checks on potential employees until after the job offer is given.

The minor stuff I can see like minor drug offenses, but dat megan's law. To those ideologues who think that they change everything on a whim. (we know who they are) Good luck and have fun with that.

Below is a reference for those who don't know what megan's law is.

Anecdote is not data yada yada, but I have worked with about a dozen folk who were transitioning/did transition and apart from a perfectly factual and respectful email from the relevant management to advise us that the person should now be referred to only as "new name", mainly to avoid the person being awkwardly asked all the time, I have never seen any crap directed towards those people in the workplace. Let alone them losing their jobs. I'm certain it does happen to some folks in transition. But I'm also gonna suggest that the entire community of trans people's experiences are not exactly like the experiences of crazy shrieking internet tranharpies that we chronicle here. I'm pretty sure the vast majority of trans folk are just getting on with their lives as best they can. You know, like everyone else.

A recent blog post, 12/13/16, written by a tranny, Shelly Moonbeam, who wanted to volunteer for TLL.

Their response wasn't exactly what I was expecting -

"I apologize but all training classes are full. Due to recent events we've have a higher than usual flow of volunteer applicants. I respond to these in the order they come in. I apologize for the inconvenience, we are still continuing to improve our training platform to accommodate more folks. We are also in the process of on-boarding another teacher. Please continue to be patient as we work through this backlog. I am doing everything I can to get as many people into training as possible. We are hoping to offer more training sessions in December. We value your patience, and willingness to volunteer with us."

You are describing textbook discrimination, regardless of prevailing state laws IMO, because your example differs from mine as this theoretical person(s) didn't subvert their job assignments and responsibilities to a less important position to how their coworkers interact with them at the place of employment. If you make your feelings about yourself more important than doing the job though, nobody cares what you think about the topic, they want someone whose head isn't stuck up their ass so they can go home when the whistle blows because they're finished with what needed to be done today.

Agreed. If you're more worried about being a good employee who does the job right and as quickly as you can, nobody will give a damn what word you preferred to be called when being addressed. Most of the time it's always going to be 'you,' instead of some gendered selection anyway, but, if you listen to the Kjel's of the world and their ilk, those people are just trying to not rock the boat and are cowed into some kind of submission by their overlords, aka the people who cut the checks. :stupid:

I knew and was friends with one person who was practically EVERY DAY in the personell office of this fairly big company she worked for. Complaining about this creep or that creep either misgendering her or saying shit like "oh can you wear those heels so I can see you in them".

I had a bad feeling she was gonna be the one getting on the nerves of the personell department. I personally do NOT like interacting with anyone in a personell office anymore than I have to. Certainly not for wah wah shit.

Sure enough, a huge round of cuts came.....and she was one of them. The creepy coworker, apparently, stayed on. Deep inside I was like "toldja.....they decided to get rid of you because you were a liability and a friggin' pain in the arse.

A layoff round was the perfect excuse.:reality:

can someone introduce this child to soap, shampoo, conditioner, hot water and a comb, please? I can smell her funk from here.
I think I've seen this person before crust punking it up in downtown Astoria, but they all look the same to me now.
