Way to not even clean it up for the sale picture, stay classy chandlers. You can get a newish riding lawn mower (that's not a tractor) for around that price. And with their reputation for taking care of things, I'm sure that thing has been sitting out side for a few years now, no way it still works without doing some maintenence on it.

Since the Chandlers have a history of not knowing how to appraise vehicles properly, and the mower is probably worth half of what they are asking, anyone who calls Barb please don't try to negotiate the price, but find out how many of Chris's toys she will agree to throw in. Maybe pull at her heartstrings (if she has any) and tell her the toys would be Christmas presents for needy kids. This could lead to the holiday chimpout we've all been clamoring for.

And after a bit of internet detective work, I can confirm that this thing was bought over five years ago (October 26th, 2011) at a purchase price of $1399.99, or $1473.15 with sales tax. Normally I'd say that Chris is lying about it only being used a few times, but he is so goddamned lazy that it's entirely possible that its only been used once a year.

And look, here's one that's brand new from the same model year:

Their price doesn't seem too unreasonable if you look at it from their perspective. They never use it, which means it's basically new, and they paid almost $1500 at time of purchase which means it should still be worth that much because hoarders' mentality.

I'd give them $100 for it, i wouldn't want to see it run...
If you look up just the cost of the motor, it's the same as what they want. $100 is the me fixing it myself without too much cost or me parting it out for what may work on it. From the condition it's in, highly likely the motor has old oil in it and crappy gas, not to mention any kind of water they may have entered the system from it sitting outside. If they try to turn it over, they may completely seize it at this point.
$100 may still be too generous anyway.
