A PCA is definitely standard-issue equipment for people either headed to hospice care or actively in it. I've tasted great pain in my life, but not like what requires this kind of treatment. All my shit-talking aside, Jim's not got long left.

Edit: So I'm not quite correct. I was thinking this was a surgically implanted PCA. Not quite. A doctor I worked with told me it sounds more like an intrathecal pain pump implant. So they're not quite to "well shucks Jimbo, press this here button to be comfy right before the end." But they're close. Also, these things are not cheap. The surgery to implant them is not cheap. So Jimmy has good insurance or you faggot pay-pigs bankrolled him some of the good stuff. Pat yourselves on the back.

If that latest podcast with StutteringCraig is any indicator of how it could go, I imagine DSP getting frustrated with something Jim says and tells him to "go fuck himself" or something to that nature, unless he gives him a set of rules of what exactly he wont talk about beforehand. I don't think DSP will take Jim laughing at him lightly. Regardless it would be funny to watch, but I doubt it will happen at this point though.
