It pains me to say this but I really doubt Synni straight up 'sexually assaulted' her as she recently also called kittydog her 'groomer' despite them both being what, 13 at that time? Depending on the state, grooming a child can be a misdemeanor, and showing porn to a minor is also an offense, but to receive criminal charges for it isn't that common. If Eno wanted some sort of retribution or compensation then technically Eno and their parents could try to sue, but we all know that's not going to happen.
Unless Eno was coaxed into sending something like nudes (because the FBI only takes it seriously when there's CP involved) I doubt much is going to come out of this "investigation".
Those texts about wanting Sophia to die, I don't know. At the absolute most Synni will have to register as a sex offender.
