Playing a persona doesn’t make you fake as long as you acknowledge it’s a persona. Like I don’t think Larry David is a fake because he doesn’t actually cause his family and friends massive embarrassment with antagonist behavior in public.

And it’s less simping, and more calling out the person who doesn’t have the right to come after them with “righteous” fury. By that logic, people in here also simp for Heather Antos and Mags, and we both know that’s not true.

Yes, lolcow behavior is self-destructive. I never feel bad about mocking people for doing self-destructive things. Hey, if Zack wanted not to be knocked, he could stop his futile and insane war on more popular youtubers on behalf of even more powerful corporations. He could also stop his other lolcow behavior too, while he's at it. But that would be "audience capture" so he won't ever stop.

Zack's behavior is less self-destructive than some of the people he's fixated on, like "Mags." If Mags ever comes to his senses, he'll find out he had doctors butcher his penis for no reason. If Zack comes to his senses, well he'll probably just have to find a real job where he just needs enough self-discipline not to act like a complete retard. In his own highly retarded way, I think Zack has figured out his ComicsGate grift has run out of steam and won't be filling his belly anymore. So, Zack's brilliant plan is probably something like, "I become an anti-anti-woke gadfly, Hollywood finally notices/forgives me, and one of my wonderful comics becomes s movie or a Disney+ show."

The EVS CG has run out of steam but Eric is still going strong doing everything CG was doing only better. CG as a concept did not fail, the people that tried to grift using its name did.
