For Megacon cosplayed as Chris. I had a gross oversized shirt and I made a homemade medallion. Unfortunately my roommate was running late because of traffic so I was at the convention a few hours alone. I walked around the convention and I ran into a cosplayer dressed as Ryuko. I said nice cosplay and she literally ran in the opposite direction. Then I saw someone dressed as Satsuki and I said nice cosplay and she literally did not even want to give me the time of day. I have a girlfriend and I was not being creepy in anyway about there cosplays. The medallion really creeped them out. Atleast one person though did recognize I was dressed as Chris and we talked about him for a few minutes. Then she took a picture of me. After that I met up with my roommate for a bit and left. I learned a huge lesson today. They way Chris dressed with the medallion really creeped people including females. I guess the Autism really does not allow you to see how people react to the way you present yourself to the world. It was interesting experience getting experience this because it put me in Chris's shoes for a few hours.
