West Virginia is trying to pass a law that would make WV not recognize the results of any presidential election if:

1. Dems win after their opponent got assassinated (but not vice versa)
or
2. "if the Attorney General of West Virginia or the Secretary of State of West Virginia, in consultation with the West Virginia Legislature, determine that election fraud in any state was a major reason that resulted in a candidate for President obtaining a majority in the Electoral College." Of note that definition of fraud here is extremely broad, and current litigation campaigns against Trump would be enough to trigger it
or
3. "if the Attorney General of West Virginia or the Secretary of State of West Virginia, in consultation with the West Virginia Legislature, determine that election interference by the federal government, foreign governments, or other state governments was a key factor that resulted in a candidate for President obtaining a majority in the Electoral College."

I'm doing my part!

Had to take Uber to dentist recently. Vet black man picks me up. Very chatty, friendly-type. Start talking road work, which of course veers into local politics, then national. He said he just doesn't know if he's even going to vote this time around. Made a point of telling me he worked during the RNC (when I should have asked him how much he made in tips, and wouldn't it be nice to not have taxes on that?)

He is also vehemently pro-choice. I said scuttling Roe v Wade to return the issue to the states is the correct move and Trump did not make abortion illegal.

Upon nearing my destination my last words to him before "have a nice day!" were "In the words of the big man himself, what do you have to lose?"

Wisconsin is gonna go Trump, watch and see.

I mean it's close to being good law, but perhaps they should simply not recognize any election where Dems "win." Brevity is the soul of wit.

The ironclad legal rationale would be that A) the Dem numbers are always fraudulent, and B) nobody who votes for the current Dem party after 2020 can possibly qualify as sapient much less human, so unless we started letting dogs vote you can just toss all Dem votes out.

yes. women are overwhelmingly moving towards political parties whose core principles are "let niggers do whatever they want (to children), all the time" and "let trannies do whatever they want (to children), all the time." the full consequences of this won't be felt for another generation or two until all the "based" older women die off (who only wanted to let niggers and trannies do whatever they wanted just some of the time)
