I was working in medium sized tech company in Poland, and they've published some job offers on LinkedIn.
The management was flabbergasted because they've received like 200-300 pajeetti CVs every day. They've used LinkedIn before (I applied there via LinkedIn) and had no prior issues, but for some reason the poojeet spam happened.
They took the offers down, and added information that they don't sponsor EU visas, and that they require proficiency in Polish.
This didn't help as the eternal Pajeet doesn't care about requirements, just spams every job posting there is.

This company had a policy to give a feedback to every job application which was rejected at any stage. Due to the poojeet invasion, they've changed that, as it was impossible to give sincere feedback to every shitty indian CV, and they didn't want to exclude Indians from the feedback policy, because they thought it would be racist...

So my theory is that if you had a bad time while job hunting, being ghosted by companies and shit, my guess is that it is Pajeets fault, because they spam every job offer there is, and your CV might be lost in thousands of useless Pajeetti resumes.

The jeets just use a program to automatically submit resumes to every job, regardless of whether they are qualified for not. They’ll do anything to try to get a visa to a western country. They refuse to acknowledge that India sucks but very badly try to leave. It’s a level of delusion that is rarely seen at societal level like this. It makes sense why they bring their idiotic cultural bullshit with them though: if they refuse to see things in their culture as dumb, they’ll continue doing them elsewhere.

Tata isn't a car brand, they're an Indian conglomerate in practically every industry with heavy ties to the Indian government. They own TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) which is one of the H-1B visa bodyshops and the British steel industry (thanks to corruption in the British government).

Couldn’t have happened to a better guy. This piece of shit is responsible for many of the H1B jeets coming into the US. They’re currently being sued for firing older white workers to bring in jeets on H1B. They shouldn’t be allowed any H1B’s with their obvious use of it to displace American workers. Our government is completely corrupt allowing this bullshit to happen. There should be 0 H1B visas until every American qualified for these jobs is no longer unemployed. And probably no more after that too because fuck India invading our country and turning it into shit.

That’s literally all they do. A student who is average but can apply the concepts is way better than an above average student who only memorizes things. It’s why outsourcing hasn’t taken off as much as it otherwise could have. Any time you send stuff to India or the Philippines they only want to follow procedure and can’t actually fix problems they aren’t expecting.

I wanna talk shit but I suffered the indignity of a public education and only managed to unfuck myself through a few years of independent private post secondary education.

Public schools in my admittedly limited experience only reward rote memorization. They will actively punish active thinkers. I still recall failing a math test I had nearly every answer right on. The reason? I didn't show the formula in the same manner the instructor read it from her book.

It was the first time I realized that the people hired to instruct me didn't understand the material as I had to walk her through the equations. This was grade 8...

Since reading this thread I have the unconfirmed theory that finding a job through online postings is almost impossible now due to pajeets spamming the fuck out of them, online job postings are already a bad enough method because:
1- 80% of positions are filled before they are even posted using the "hidden job market" (references, applying in person, informational interviews, etc.).
2- Applying online requires no effort, so you can apply to 200 jobs in one day if you want, which makes companies get too many CVs by default even if Indians did not exist.

Indians are making an already bad method for finding a job worse by spamming their CVs to every job opening to the point they collapse the company's inbox; imagine if your favorite KF thread got spammed with 30 posts a day by pajeets.

Since reading this thread I have the unconfirmed theory that finding a job through online postings is almost impossible now due to pajeets spamming the fuck out of them, online job postings are already a bad enough method because:
1- 80% of positions are filled before they are even posted using the "hidden job market" (references, applying in person, informational interviews, etc.).
2- Applying online requires no effort, so you can apply to 200 jobs in one day if you want, which makes companies get too many CVs by default even if Indians did not exist.

Indians are making an already bad method for finding a job worse by spamming their CVs to every job opening to the point they collapse the company's inbox; imagine if your favorite KF thread got spammed with 30 posts a day by pajeets.

In professional fields it’s a mix of networking and using recruiters (not Indian ones). There are so many applications sent in hiring managers don’t want to bother throwing away a bunch of them. It’s so annoying how jeets carpetbomb job postings in unrelated fields not giving what they’re looking for when they’re clearly won’t get a job even in the field they’re seeking.

I can tell you as an insider that some companies are completely ignoring Workday/Linkedin/whatever else comes in through the front door because the jeet spam is totally unmanageable. HR departments are less competent now than ever and have no idea what to do about it so they just don't do anything. Public job postings now are basically just a legal equal opportunity checkbox to say that they "gave everyone a chance" and to make sure that they have an official job-openings number to report to the government. But the SOP now is the manager has a job req and has already filled it with someone they've been "just talking to, definitely not interviewing!" off the record, and they give a job posting to HR, who posts it, waits a legally-designated amount of time, gives the manager back some bullshit jeet spam that gets instantly ignored, then the pre-chosen candidate gets "interviewed."

Basically it's the job hiring equivelant of doing this -
