Hey.
During the time I was banned, I actually got involved more in Ylilauta, a Finnish image board. I came to learn a few things which wouldn't quite fit in the Finland thread. One bigger thing is a theory I have developed about Chris's current place of residence in Helsinki, Finland.
It all started with this post. In the replies, the guy would also state a few more things, including that their place has a high star rating, that they had over 450 accomodated quests, as well as a lot of autists and weird people in there.
(If you don't know how to navigate the site, simply click on the 202 and go up and down to see this guy's other messages)
This is the full screenshot. What we can see on here is relevant in multiple ways.
- Chris booked the AirBNB from October 1 to November 1 (Listed as 31 days)
- Chris booked the AirBNB in the location starting from He (Helsingfors/Helsinki)
- Chris booked the AirBNB for two guests
- Chris paid 1025,90 euros for the accomodation
In addittion to that, we can also see info on Chris as an AirBNB guest, having 23 reviews by the AirBNB hosts (Basically feedback about how Chris behaved). This is sorta big, because the profiles on AirBNB are semi private. Therefore, if you found one of Chris's reviews, you could also find reviews for all other places he has stayed.
To get more info about the account, I went on AirBNB and tried to log in using Chris's email. As you can see, Chris has an account under the
chrischansonichu@aol.com email, still using the Watchmen pfp.

This is relevant due to Chris using the exact same account to obtain BABSCon 2024 tickets. Due to being located in another, further state, it's likely that Chris would have also needed to book an AirBNB, therefore, it's most likely this account that was to be used and an alt wasn't made.
Now, getting to the meat of it.
Due to the specific time booked (October 1-November 1), it was really easy to narrow down the potential candidates for the AirBNB. I was thinking about two of them,
but all the signs I got were pointed at the second place I found.

First of all, the booking dates match and they did match back when I first found it, around the October 1st.

Second of all, the price is very simillar.
Third, it is an accomodation for two guests specifically.
Fourth, when I chatted with
@octopox over the DM's, they told me something interesting about this place.
"This location might actually make sense because it, uh, the track - the train is very close to this AirBNB and the train goes to - right to Tripla, like, it goes directly to Tripla, so this could also be a good spot. Like, this could actually be Chris Chan spot."
This is also in the listing itself. Since Chris is obsessed in malls even in fucking Helsinki, it would make perfect sense for him to find himself a spot with perfect access to said malls.
Lastly, Chris...might have actually doxxed himself?
By that, I mean, he posted pics of his Tarot card reading back on the 4th (Or 3rd in US time). The background of them is most likely this countertop.

Of course, the texture itself is not that visible, however, those types of surfaces look very close to what we have seen in the pic. Here's an example from Google.
As for the address and location, I have found that too.
It is Verstepie 10 in Helsinki, Finland.
Specifically, the first floor.
Here's the evidence.
First, look at the twin houses visible in the listing. Match those in real life.

Second, this building, visible from another listing photo, right across the street.

And, lastly, the image of the actual building. Due to the glass panes and the height relative to that other building above, I can confidently say that it is, indeed, the first floor.

There are several problems with this, however.
It's assuming that the actual image was legitimate, which was doubted.
It's assuming that Chris was the one to book the place.
It would also require someone to sit before the location for several hours/days in order to confirm if Chris and Flutter are located here as well.
Nonetheless, if what I have just described is indeed based and the AirBNB thing is correct, this means that it's very easy to prove if this is actually the case. Hell, since Chris would leave a review of this place, if we wait a month, we'd see it anyway.
