Do the rules prohibit receiving postage from criminal proceedings at a Post Box?

The alternative theory that I have is that Nick is being tard wrangled by his parents. I have no proof, but I always felt that Nick had a very tense relationship with his mother, and that she was the one in charge of the family.
If you check April's case, she has a box in Spicer listed. Thus, no.

I think he's getting wrangled. It's too bad that the exact date it changed wasn't noticed; I have a feeling he was telling them the Franks hearing gambit was 100% going to work and get the case dismissed and his parents have stepped in to wrangle him now that that strategy totally failed.

Couple of theories, just guessing:

1. Kayla and Nick are not living together anymore, and Nick moved in with his parents.
2. Nick needs to be supervised by someone to comply with CPS demands.
3. Nick didn't want to dox his own house even though it's well-known where he lives.
4. Some combination of in-patient rehab and whatever conditions Nick is under makes it difficult for him to receive mail at his own address.
5. His parents are paying his legal fees and don't want him to be able to hide any legal documents from them, but why isn't it being sent to his lawyer?

My personal theory is that Bob and Celeste are now having to pay for the lawyer and their condition for doing it is that his mail is sent to their address so that they stay directly in the loop.

I like this theory. I also like to think Nick and parents were sitting in the lawyer's office when they took over the bills. I imagine Nick's parents told the lawyer to send all further communications to them, and Nick just hung his head like a bitch.

Random thought: has anyone with Premium Access ever checked Bob and Celeste's court history? I wonder if they ever had flare-ups with the law that they tried to extinguish with a firehose of money.

In the main Nick thread, it was found that Celeste intervened in a child custody case in Texas for who I think was Nick's sister or cousin. If you search PACER or TX court records for the Dallas area by last name, the case came up quickly.

You'd think they'd make Nick get a better lawyer than the Barneswalker. Although little Nicky always got his way growing up (minus the mean old lady who stole his Transformer) so they aren't going to suddenly change that. They probably will make him plea guilty though and try and get the bodycam footage permanently suppressed so the internet can only keep laughing at their failson for his perversions, his tard rages, and his cokestreams and not his disgusting junkie drug den of a house he forced their grandchildren to live in.

You are putting a lot of faith in boomers to understand the internet

An actually good lawyer would have told him to go for a plea as early as possible. Nick didn't want one of those. Just like in the Monty case, he wanted to ODD his way into absolutely getting assfucked, because he's an utter moron.

All he had to do was put on an act of repentance and he'd be out of this already. But that's not our Nick. Our Nick is a colossal cocksucking moron bound and determined to have Mutt's Law applied to his cracka ass.

The fact that both sets of grandparents apparently cleaned the house instead of Celeste just hiring someone to do it makes me think that they very much wanted to avoid the possibility of anyone else seeing it and possibly either photographing it or talking about it. I'm also convinced that anything Celeste and Bob do is more about not having things reflect on them than protecting their grandchildren or even Nick.

Having seen the state of their old house, I believe everything Aaron says about the state their current house was in when he lived there.

Remember, these people are not old money, and their wealth is very recent. They are noveau-riche who are still prone to poor-minded thinking as Nick's that 'expensive == better'. I would not trust them to be good judges of character.

We are taking Aaron and Nick's word that the parents physically cleaned the house, are we not? How much do we trust it?

I do not have a strong opinion one way or other, but I am cautious about taking these people at their word and making it canon.

We also have sworn testimony backing this up. Aleisha Sweep testified she was informed by the children that the grandparents went through the house “thoroughly” with the parents after the arrest.

You mean the LIAR Aleisha Sweep, who is a LYING LIAR that LIED UNDER OATH according to Balldo?

Kayla's omnibus hearing is coming up on the 28th of this month.
April's is on the 29th.

Just to add on, Nick's next date is November 26th with a hearing on a Settlement conference.

Nick is in luck! This is after the national elections! If Walz wins the VP slot, the new governor might be more sympathetic to pardon him!
