Sneeding aside, this game was sadly not made by a tranny.
A tranny would never say things like "one of the good ones" "turn the penis inside out" "its a wound and your body would try to close it" among many others.
Trannies see cutting their dicks off as the most heckin euphoria inducing womanly thing possible and they also 100% believe it will give them an actual true and honest vagina and that it will magically cure all of their issues.
They simply cannot bring themselves to see it any other way other than "its good and heckin valid"

If you scroll to the comments, the point of the game is "muh heckin' oppression" of doctors having any kind of check in place before handing out irreversible surgeries with lifelong complications, instead of just agreeing to same day butchery, no questions asked.

But the troons playing it took his exaggerated "are you sure?" questions seriously and dogpiled him for not making the game compliant with their fetishes. He even responded to some of their "this doesn't validate me!" complaints with "yes, it's a game about how doctors didn't validate me", and they just argue that he should've demarcated and trigger warning'ed it.

It's mental illness all the way down...
