I don't believe it's blasphemy. To me blasphemy is more than a cheap, shitty quality Bible, because any Bible can be used by God to speak to people. I've had God speak to me through this website, so a Bible is just a book. I know that this Bible is not cheap at retail prices, I'm only referring to the printing cost.
I do believe that Trump endorsing this Bible is blasphemy. Trump's actions and lifestyle is almost the furthest thing away from God's message I can imagine from a human. I don't believe that any human should "endorse" a Bible, in the sense that marketing copy uses their name, because it then appears to be close to breaking the commandment about idolatry. A recommendation from a person to another person is a different story.
I do believe that adding secular state documents is a violation of the ideal of separation of church and state. I don't believe it's a crime or punishable in any fashion, but religiously it's cringe. At least according to the tenets of my church (SDA, being a fringe domination we're all about separation of church and state), other churches and other Christians might see it differently.
