"Up the ying yang"

A simultaneously more and less cynical interpretation is that they came forward earlier and were told to wait until nearer the election by the Trump campaign. Also probably just shit stirring unless there are receipts.
If any of the allegations are true (I have major doubts especially since it involves females) this is likely the case. It does more damage both to the ticket and to the individual target if you wait until they can't just sweep him aside and replace him. If he causes the whole ticket to crash and burn, the dem machine will take care of getting rid of his body after the fact.

I think the Walz pedophile shit is baloney, but like when you throw down $10 on a Billion Dollar PowerBall, it's fun just to speculate what would happen.
A teacher invested in the LGBT movement being inappropriate with students is pretty safe odds if the articles @Larry David's Opera Cape post is anything to go by.
If it was true, it would be the greatest political scandal in American history.
The greatest scandal would have been Epstien's little black book of powerful clients if it didn't get buried by the feds. Walz getting outed would be a hilarious shitshow none the less. I don't think it would be a Constitutional crisis as I think the rules for VP selection covers replacing them.

Vote Save America (Crooked Media) posted cringe, then realized it was cringe after the fact and took it down:

Real men vote for Kamala.
Let's delve into this, shall we? A fat fuck, a bitch nigger, a desiccated old twig, a desiccated twig, another fat fuck, and a cum guzzling faggot. No real man would ever accept a woman as his leader. Even if he said as such, he would know subconsciously that is not at all how things should be. Women do poorly in all leadership positions requiring actual leadership instead of fulfilling a government mandated quota behind a desk anyway. Donuts are neither feminine nor masculine. Being proud you cried as a man makes you a pussy.
Spacebattles has recently somehow gotten even more hysterical about Trump, with fears about his recent comments regarding immigranta
My favorite group of nitwit autists who think they're geniuses because they unironically buy into science fiction nonsense.
Glad they took their time out of writing fanfiction for a retarded webnovel, powerscaling nonsense, and shuddering at the thought of anyone talking about anything remotely sexual to kvetch about muh Trump. I'd almost considered them less retarded than I usually do.

I challenge anyone in this thread to watch the JD Vance interview all the way through without stopping or walking away. Lulu Garcia-Navarro is so difficult to take seriously.
I did exactly that and while it was a bit frustrating I think JD handled it very well and I was overall pleased
If anything it shows how he handles hostile conversations, which is to listen to what they're saying but not give up any ground. Not to mention explain his thought process very well.

I didn't understand the abortion comment "people losing trust" originally. But him explaining that taking options away from people makes them instinctively distrust the government made way more sense.

Especially coupled with him saying that this made him pivot to focusing on providing positive options that will still lead them away from abortion.

Essentially he's giving them more freedom and openly supporting that freedom to help them regain trust and confidence as voters. In this case that trust is centered on their government working for them.

If this is successful the hope is that they'll opt for not aborting. Potentially this may mean they'll agree with more restrictions in the future at the state level if they feel like abortion is no longer "the only option" or even "the best option".

It's an empathetic approach that's actually responding to the feedback he got via the vote. Kind of how you'd treat a kid who's being slightly rebellious by supporting them for having "passion" or having an interest in something so they don't rebel even more, but giving actual positive attention to where you want them to go over time.

Perhaps a bit 🌈 but I appreciate it anyway.

It made that line make way more sense to me. I thought it was a dodge or non-answer when I first heard it.

Edit: fixed some broken grammar

Anyone hoping for kids to have been raped 20 years ago so that they can dunk on their political rivals needs to get less invested in politics.

It would be a huge development if true, so it's worth scrutinizing the merit of the claims. But I'm not sitting here fantasizing about how awesome it would be if he was a monster who hurt children.

It's nothing

Someone, potentially Walz, is laying down on the top bunk of a bunk bed. There's a girl on the bottom bunk, alongside like six other people sitting on it like a couch. MattWallace is a massive faggot trying to grift if this is all he's got (which it sounds like it is). It's such a nothing burger he won't even show the entire picture uncropped in the video because that would make it too easy to say "it's nothing." If you're familiar with the KickVic "Vic Mignogna got caught with an underage girl in his hotel room" story it's basically that, where Vic's fan club needed somewhere to have a meeting so he let them use his hotel suite. Yes, there was an underage girl in his hotel room, but there were 12 witnesses and none of them, including the underage girl, allege anything to have happened.

Since he didn't show the picture uncropped you'll kind of have to build the image in your head but here's the 'smoking gun'

Not exactly a rape den, and he doesn't even have any proof the leg belongs to Walz. It's not like someone was walking down the train and caught something they weren't supposed to through a cracked door. It's six people posing for a group picture, potentially seven if 'Walz' is only pretending to nap

Edit: did the worst job ever stitching those images together in paint but yeah

Stitched properly and fixed the color to make it less awful. Feels a lot more like a shitty bible camp photo or something from a disposable camera than something weird. Unless there's context it's not really anything other than a bad photo.

^This

He's already a proven hyperauthoritarian coward that comes off as an inhuman lizard person/government cyborg

I don't need the person I am not voting for to be super ultra hitler 2 turbo edition for me to vote for the guy I wanna

it's not 25 million illegals, the official DHS numbers are 11 million as of 2022, with no further data for the past two years (and I guess exponential growth is a fascist myth). Also the last time they fact-checked the "20 million illegals" claim a couple months ago they were "aktshually it's just 8 million". Amazing how they keep self-owning with the basic tactic of claiming an incorrect, higher number which forces them to admit the lower but still outrageous number themselves.

You're thinking of the number of illegal migrants who've crossed in the past 3.5 years. The 25mil number is actually a conservative estimate of the number of people living in the USA illegally.

The GOP margin of victory has been sliding steadily since the Bush years. Trump won in 2020 by only 6 points, 52 to 46.

If trends continue, this could be the worst GOP election yet. However, a lot of fed-up conservatives moved to Texas from NY and CA due to COVID tyranny, so maybe that will change things.
I referenced all this data in my analysis. Starting with Dubya is a very poor comparison, because he is the republican who has won Texas by the some of the largest margins ever.
Which makes sense because
1) he is (sort of) a Texan, and so had home field advantage
2) his 2004 win, the single largest margin for the GOP in Texas this century, and second only to 84 Reagan, was also riding off the post-9/11 patriotism and how bad a candidate Kerry was

Trump’s voting percentage and margins are right around what we’ve seen historically when you ignore the big outliers (84 Reagan and Dubya). Even 1980 Reagan 98 dubya got 55% of the vote. Trump by comparison is still getting 52% of the vote, and winning by +5 margins.
And this is ignoring that Trump is an outlier candidate, who many conservatives find distasteful and have refused to vote for, making him a very poor metric to judge the actual likelihood of a blue Texas by.
Look, for example, at the 2018 governors race were Abbot beat Beto, a popular and well known democrat, by double digit margins, and I think you get a much better bellwether for a blue Texas than Trump.

And all this is ignoring that polling suggests Trump is doing better now in Texas than previous elections. Meaning we’re certainly not likely to see a Blue Texas this election, and next election Trump is off the ballot so the anti-Trump factor is no longer in play.

All this a very long way of saying the numbers really aren’t there, outside of a few select stats. And given just how long we’ve been told Texas was totally going to turn blue this election, only to never see it materialize in any meaningful way, not even down ballot, I am quite confident in calling it wishful thinking by the democrats. At most a potential weak point in the walls of the GOP that needs some shoring up, but not an impending collapse of defenses.
