It's funny to me that for years, the left have been talking about "stochastic terrorism" and how it's being used by evil right wingers calling for the deaths of poor, marginalised trans folks. Meanwhile, Democrats campaign about how a vote for Trump will threaten democracy as we know it and now there have been at least three serious attempts on his life. To be, that's one of the only legitimate examples of stochastic terrorism.

I get the logic behind the phrase but the practice seems to lean the other direction for interpretation

The bigger question about this issue is;

Is being Far Left whats makes you mentally ill or is it that mentally ill people are just more attracted to the Far Left ideology?

We've know for decades that the more liberal you are the more unhappy you tend to be, for obvious reasons of course. You can't hate the world, hate everybody in it, want everything it stands for to be destroyed and then turn around and skip down the road signing the joys of life. Mental illness has been exploding, mostly among rich upper middle class white females since the 1990's...the big question is why and how can we fix it.

Our society is coming apart at the seams but it's really hard to pinpoint a specific cause or reason.
