I feel vindicated by saying all Phil wanted is a friend in the world, like a retarded Gilgamesh. I think John Rambo is legit the one person in the world Phil truly ever loved, both platonically and romantically, even if he ended up driving him away.
While I don't think PPP did the Krabby Patty thing to shit on Phil (but on detractors who made a big deal out of it) I think it's obvious he IS making fun of Phil regardless. Phil acting like they planned this together and they're best buddies is just too embarrassing. It's becoming too much, like part of me wants to feel bad for Phil. That clip of Phil moving his camera to make it look like he's on Kino Casino shitting on Rich is probably the only time I legit couldn't keep watching and even had that occasional second-hand embarrassment feeling during the day.
I'm calling it now. Phil will be more devastated when Ashton starts ignoring him (and starts messaging Andy non-stop) than whenever he announces Kat had a heart attack or fatly fell down the stairs.
While PPP seems to share the same position as Null (anyone who criticizes DSP is a loser, you should spend your time criticizing Null's and PPP's favorite lolcows instead), my impression was that the krabby patty scam was so egregious that even PPP realized he couldn't sweep it, and felt the need to get out in front of it and make fun of it.
At the moment, I'm actually curious how desperately DSP needs to cope over PPP's reaction. To me, there's no question in my mind that he's already sent Ashton a huge paragraph DM, something along the lines of, "I was dying laughing watching your video, bro! So funny! It's crazy how stupid the detractors are, they actually think that we aren't friends! I'm really looking forward to the collabs we'll be doing later, bro!" and Ashton just replies with, "Yes my king, of course my liege" or whatever.
But a part of me wonders if he's never bothered mentioning the Kino Casino to Kat before today, because he knows she wouldn't understand it or care about it, and his need to cope has led to him needing to try to explain everything all at once so that he can rant about it to her. "You know, I have friends on the Internet now, it's these two guys called PPP and Warski. They're great, they saw how bad Rich is for bullying me and they stick up for me, they're really nice guys! And they know how crazy my detractors are, because those stalkers keep sending them messages about me, but they know those people are stupid and the stuff they're saying is just a bunch of lies! Anyway, I told a white lie on my stream, and the detractors went nuts! And Ashton made a video making fun of them! Yeah he said I pulled a scam, but it's all a joke, we're friends!"
I don't believe anything's going to come of this, I'm sure PPP wants to keep DSP around to bring him on as an occasional guest, but I laugh thinking about how hard Kat's going to have to work to avoid Phil so she can escape having to listen to him talk about this.
