Both are circlejerks. you gotta get one with a good edge on it otherwise its just going to piss you off. If your back scratcher is one of those cheap ones with the rounded nubby plastic fingers you have to file them down. The only way to get a good back scratch going is if there is a little bit of a sharp edge on the scratcher. A polished wooden 90 degree edge is a good option for over the clothes and skin contact, it won't cut you and has just the right amount of hardness, sharpness, and sturdiness.
