I’ve had the best luck by hitting “Download All”, which seems to force a download of everything even if its “quota” has been hit.

Most people do not enjoy hearing about child molestation. Zoophilic child rape has a significantly smaller fanbase. It is popularly considered 'odd' to be interested in it. I'm sorry this is a point of friction for you.
