There’s something really noteworthy about the reactions you see from black people when faced with Japan and their culture.
For black people it’s in their nature to degrade the quality of the spaces they inhabit, to the point of utter ruin and leaving it destitute. There is nothing important enough to them to preserve. This isn’t an American born issue, it extends to homogenous African countries, which are unjustifiably behind in their civilizations. They unironically cannot deal with the upkeep of being a human, having human functions, and living in a society where you meet those needs independently. All that’s left is to rot in a hut.
Then you get people who evolutionarily, are the same, but with a nasty twist of entitlement and everything else horrid that narcissistic American culture brings. They’re told their entire lives it’s never their fault for anything, and their existence hinges on a hypothetical ‘IOU’ (that they are NEVER getting from white people). Then you have everyone from their parents to handmaidens, lying right to their faces 24/7 that none of this is their fault and they’re so poor and oppressed. This has led to breeding some of the absolute worst of society, in terms of character, culture, and morals. Don’t let the virtue signaling fool you, these people are bankrupt in every sense of the word and have nothing to spare for empathy or a moral compass. That doesn’t exist when you’re a victim and can do no wrong.
Then they see Japan, which (is not perfect by any means) has made impressive advancements, being that they’re a homogenous society that lives on an island. what is the first thing black people think when they see this thing, this gem, that runs fine just by itself? Why, if you guessed their first thought is to spitefully corrupt it with the inclusion of their parasitic race and turn it into an unlivable shit-hole, you guessed right! They cannot stand that the inclusion of
they peeple and
dey race would only bring down the quality of anything it’s included in. There is no ‘magical negroe’ TV trope in Japan. They KNOW black people are a detriment to society and it reflects in their media, which is absolutely purified of unsavory figures of color.
The best Japan can do is make them one-note background characters black, like some thug robbing a girl at knife point in a gas station so MC can come and rescue her from the Black Menace. That is the most acknowledgment you will ever receive from Japan. As people who make the lives of those around them worse. Get fucked.
I learned the hard way that none of these people who promote DEI want to solve racism. It’s been over 10 to 20 years and how many black characters have been increasingly put in movies, t.v shows, ads, etc and yet people are still complaining about lack of black rep? How much rep do they fucking need to the point where one can say "We have enough black rep for equity so we shouldn't care anymore if a product has no blacks in it." This is where I sadly learned the hard way that it'll be never because none of these people are doing it to solve racism but for a power dynamic and reason to be an progressive asshole to people. It can be 100 years from now and media could literally can put nothing but black people in them and people will still complain about "lack of rep".
It’s a dog-whistle imo. A short handed way to beg for ‘gibs’. They know if they can take that from you then they can take more, and they will. It’s exactly like e-begging.
