She should definitely make this more of an issue this close to the election. It is a really really good look.

This whole situation could have been paved over with no real damage if she just ate shit over her obvious embezzlement and took the slap on the wrist she was being offered. Instead she seems completely dedicated to making herself and her case look as bad as humanly possible.

chevy chase and dan akroyd were the original cast members of the original run of the show. they're quite possibly the two least funny men to ever live. they made a career around their narcissistic notion that they're 'funny guys' and somehow managed to create some of the most aggressively unfunny movies in history that legitimately killed the profitability of entire genres, there are very few people who have a substantial track record of turning a good script into a shit comedy than those two. i don't think anybody watched SNL back in the day because it was funny, they watched it for the aggressive self-fellatio. considering that's the only thing the show does anymore, it was most definitely by design.
