I used to be pro-legalization because I figured that marijuana is less dangerous than alcohol (this data was based on pre-legalization data when weed use was not as high), because legal businesses would stimulate the economy and take money away from organized crime (true), and because I thought the taxes would go towards something positive in the community (le roads & skewels).

Instead, everyone and their grandma is baked out of their minds and acting retarded. I'm glad that organized crime isn't getting the marijuana sales, I suppose, but now people are going psychotic from marijuana abuse, driving like maniacs, and the taxes on these sales are going directly into the pockets of government bureaucrats.

I still believe that weed is less fucky than alcohol, coke, opiates, speed, or benzos, but the amount of people acting like fools with it really grinds my gears. I'm starting to slide towards banning it again.
